A tragic road accident in Ramban district of Jammu division has resulted in the loss of life of a truck driver.
According to officials, the incident occurred when a truck, en route from Jammu to Srinagar, collided with a dumper near Dalwas. The impact of the collision claimed the life of the unidentified truck driver on the spot.
The deceased’s body has been transferred to the hospital for necessary legal procedures. Additionally, the driver and helper of the dumper, identified as Mohammad Akram and Bahar Ahmad of Sumber Ramban, sustained injuries and have been hospitalized for treatment.
The police have initiated an investigation into the matter.
